David is a result-oriented Real Estate Broker in Forest Hills, New York with more than fourteen years of experience. He is a graduate of Fordham University and currently owns Sentry Homes. He got his start working for J.P. Morgan Chase as a Loan Officer, and soon afterwards paved his way into the housing industry, helping hundreds of homeowners navigate the difficulties of foreclosure. As owner of Sentry Homes, David is responsible for property management, structuring investment opportunities, and overseeing tasks ranging from real estate contracts to comprehensive long-term rehabilitations. His expertise includes helping homeowners who are underwater in their mortgage sell their property through a short sale. With more than fourteen years of real estate experience under his belt, David combines his financial background with his passion for the housing industry to successfully carry out the logistics of real estate. David is married with two daughters and in his free time enjoys partic
